My Extraordinary Goals:
1) Lose 30 KGs in maximum 30 weeks.
2) Lose 1.7kg@4lbs /week
In order to achieve Ultimate and only goal I need to:
1) Eat 1200 calories/day.
2) Burned 2000 calories/day.
My BMR or senang citer kadar pembakaran lemak is actually around 2000 kalori/day. Maknenyer kalau aku duk saje and just wat sedentary work pon my body will burned about 2000 kalori untuk membolehkan sumer organ2 and respiratory system berfungsi .
So this is the calculation after I summarized to my understanding:
In order to lose 1.7kg/4lbs per week I need to burned :
2000 kalori/day
In order to burned 2000 kalori/day I will :
1) I will eat 1200 kalori (2000-1200) = 800 kalori burned by food control only
2) Jillian 30 days Shred = 350 kalori burned
3) Walking to office, climbing up stairs,
talking, washing n bla2... = 350 kalori burned
4) Jogging/ cycling / Swimming = 500 kalori burned
Total burned = 2000 kalori.
