- Telur goreng/ rebus (biasanyer wat sarapan)
- Ayam goreng/grill
- Ikan microwave/goreng
- Kambing grill
Sayur:
- kobis
- bayam
- tomato
- cendawan
- bawang (sayur ke ni?)
Lain-lain:
- Cheese
- Lada hitam
Air:
Air kosong sahaja
Rasanya nak try go on with this lagi seminggu, tengok masih konsisten tak penurunan. Wish me luck! I really need this :'(
