Antara makanan yang menyumbang kepada penurunan 3kg seminggu

Here's my list for this week:
Makanan:
- Telur goreng/ rebus (biasanyer wat sarapan)
- Ayam goreng/grill
- Ikan microwave/goreng
- Kambing grill


Sayur:
- kobis
- bayam
- tomato
- cendawan
- bawang (sayur ke ni?)

Lain-lain:
- Cheese
- Lada hitam

Air:
Air kosong sahaja


Rasanya nak try go on with this lagi seminggu, tengok masih konsisten tak penurunan. Wish me luck! I really need this :'(

Ermm dari 83.7kg turun ker 80.5kg!

Pergh...memang dasyat.
Kalau konsisten ni..nampaknyer merasalah dapat normal weight before my E-day.
Tak pernah lagi berdiet turun camni.
Mungkin kali ni betul2 kuat azam.
1 pantang larang pun kite tak langgar.

Tapi ader satu turn off point disebalik kegembiraan yang susah nak digambarkan ni.
I am having terribly bad constipation! Hazabbbbbbbbbbb gile!
Siap leh feeling... "Ni ker rasanyer beranak sok2"..kerut2 dahi...teran2..tak keluar gak.
Air mata siap berlinang-linangkuar. Aduh serius!

Minum air definitely dah more than 3 litres. Tak jadi masalah nak minum banyak manerpun.
Cuma bile time keje tu susah sikitlah.
Tapi walau apapun, tetap lebih dari 3 litres.
Hadoi tensen. Sampai leh berazam taknak sentuh daging dah.
Nak belasah ikan jer. Sadis!~

Nak kate tak makan sayur xjugak, leh kata daging ngan sayur same banyak.
Rasanyer nak up water to 4 litres.
Dan disamping itu amik supplement fibre.
Memang hazab.
Tak nak experience dah! Cukuppppp!!!!!

Anyway I'm celebrating 80.5kg still!!!
Can't wait 77.5kg next week.
Memang try aim 3kg per week.
Tapi kalau kurang xjadi masalah.
Lebih lagi takder masalah.
Ok done!

Nak start diet balik

Lepas dah lame tak hupdate, arini aku gelabah balik.
Tetibe jer aku nak ditunangkan bulan 12 ni.
Oh tidakkk,,, sebenarnyer aku yg gatal nak bertunang.
Ok xper, that's the story of another day.
Sekarang camner ni. Huduhlah gambar aku tu nanti.

So nak taknak buat kali ke 18 ribu, aku nak start diet balik.
Hermm, penat plak asyik mula stop mula stop.
Best achievement so far rasenyer 10 kg kowt.
Itupun melaut amik 4,5 bulan sebab banyak main.

Tapi sekarang aku ada dua bulan jer.
Ha saper nk tolong jawab? Ko, ko ataupun ko?
Ha dah memang sumenyer xleh jawab.
So aku yang gelabah ni pown cepat wt resolusi aku start Atkins.
Bukan esok, lusa, mahupun harini...tapi semalam!

Aghhhh tensen. Aku rase aku akan xberapa nampak
cam org gemuk (walaupun hakikatnyer aku gemuk) kalau aku
dapat lost 14 kgs. Kire cam berat aku sekarang = 84 kg-14kgs =70kgs.

Yes, memangnyer aku 84kg. Xsenonoh kan. Nak buat camner.
Tapi walaupun berat aku di lapan puluhan orang salu je teka berat aku 60an.
Paling musuk pun diorang cakap 70an. So ni kalau aku turun ker 70an
manerlah tau kot2 leh nampak macam 50an. Kekekekek.

Ok pendek citer aku start Atkins ari semalam.
Aku akan wat report kat sini hari2. Bukan untuk tatapan orang (manerlah tahu
gagal karang malu), tapi untuk rekod diri sendiri.
Nama projek aku: 14kgs lose before e-day challenge (FOKBEC).
Wahhh kelas, ader name bagai. Tak complete projek ni aku tak taulah.
Dah takdir aku lah nak jadi bakso forever agaknyer.

So aku plan lah kan...plan. Aku nak wat satu weekly journal tentang apa
aku makan, apa aku exercise ari, n akunyer weight progress. Hermm every saturday cool x? Every fridaylah. Ha tgklah between these two. Oklah aku nak pi masak
dinner sat. Aku target by saturday next week aku nyer weight turun 3 kgs.
Aminn...would let u guys know. Nak tunang nyer pasal!

Cerita tentang tujuh

As I promised myself to put this in record, I would like to tell a story on how I love to weight 70s.. I was fat as a kid since standard 4.

To be true, I don't think there's any state of my life that I would consider myself as slim/thin. Putting my elder sister as a bench mark. I was always bigger than her since we were born.

As what most kids probably behave, weight had never be my concern until I reach 13 or 14 years old. And I started to think about it, only when I fall for someone who always teased me for being overweight. I'm not sure if that has affected me in any ways.

But then I can still remember that I weighted 68kgs with the height around 160cm when I was 13 years old. Slightly overweight. Then busy with study and many others.. ;) I have never weight myself after that.

In between, I sat for PMR, went to technical school and stayed in the hostel. Surely enough as you can tell by seeing me now, living in a hostel has never leave me starving. But seriously, for certain reasons I have never interested in climbing up on the weight scale.

When I was 18 years old, I enrolled to UiTM. It was a bit scary to me seeing every other girls except me looked so feminine and charming. And that was when I started to care on how I look.

I Weight in myself as soon as I encountered any scale machine in the shopping mall and guess what, my weight was an even 86 kgs. First thing on my mind, it can't be it. Last I check I was still 60s.... There must be something wrong somewhere and I tried almost all the ther scales in the mall which gave me more or less the same result.

Where the hell is 70s? How can I jumped from 60s to 80s without my even realizing it? This is really scary. And that was when I decided to board on my first weight lose journey.

And as you can tell, I have yet reach my destination. So far my best record was just 80kgs odd. Lose about 6kgs plus. I know its pathetic and its frustrated me when my weight yo-yoing up again after I managed to lose some kgs.

But today, I can sense the different. I believe I will make it this time... Just because, this is the first time in my life that I went on the scale machine and saw 70kgs +++...

Yerp I am TERIBBLY happy and can't wait to see another 70s tomorrow. Thanks to CYC organizer. Your flexibility and understanding has been keeping me on track. :)

Fitness First Wisma MBF - Love at a first sight..

My usual workout venue has always been FF KLCC or now Avenue K. Apart from that, I have been to Menara Axis few times..Wisma Consplant (now trasfer to empire Subang) and The Curve. But my first impression has never be like now - I adore FF Wisma MBF.

Ironically, the equipments and lockers are quite old in compared to FF The Curve, the space is quite small to be compared to FF Wisma Consplant, and it's a bit cozy than FF Avenue K. But the feeling is just different.

The environment is welcoming, the staffs are more friendly, the arrangement are just accommodating! Make me feel like the club is mine.

I love it..this is definitely where I will sweat for quite sometime..

Plan for today 1

Ok3x.. Pagi-pagi ahad ni lepas terlantar hampir-hampir dekat pukul 12p.m. barulah sakit tekak aku pulih. Pengajaran: Jangan galak sangat berborak time tengah bersauna kerana wap panas tu boleh membengkakkan tekak anda. Ader faham??

Sekarang tekak sudah pulih 50%. Tinggal setengah saje lagi. Cepatlah pulih yer tak sabar sangat nak beraksi kat gym ni ha. I know tekak tak der kaitan ngan kaki. Tapi samerlah tak kire malas gak!.

Betul-betul nak share with others and also remind myself on what I have been doing this week. But yes, my mood is still sinking. Plan for today :

1) Gi withdraw - akhirnya loan FAMA diluluskan. Kalau tak memang parah ni.
2) Singgah Jusco - I need to buy a new goggle (yg ader power punyer...xderlah aku teraba-raba dalam kolam renang nanti)
3) Gi umah mak ngah basuh baju (Kekeke..dasat pemalas nak basuh tangan, sile faham... SAYA BUSY BUSY BUSY. OKEEYYY!!!)
4) Gi barang2 decho untuk bachelorette party didi.. yahuuu~
5) Gi swimming kat akuatik s.alam.

Hope my mood will whooping up after I settle them all.. :)

Saya bangga dengan diri saya kali kedua. Ceh, mmg dasar bangga diri rupanya.. hehehe.

Banyak bende nak citer.. Meh kite list down dulu:
1) My love at a first sight for Fitness First Wisma MBF
2)Kejayaan pergi gym at least spuluh kali dalam mase 7 hari ni dan rahsia bagaimana memotivasikan diri.
3) Baru belajar nak incorporate HIIT dalam exercise dan cabaran2 untukk 'berexercise'.
4) Tentang pemakanan yang terkawal dalam subulan ni dan menu untuk masa akan datang.
5) Tentang target next weight sebab target sekarang dh nak tercapai.
6) Tentang dapat bonus next month dan nak hire personal trainer.. :D HEHEHE Melampau kan!

Ok rehat dulu.. amik mood nak menulis.

Digestion in danger

Pagi tadi kat opis sedih sangat... Duduk dekat 30 minit atas mangkuk tandas langsung tak boleh ber**. :(( Memang cakit... At last bile dah nak fed-up keluar gak seketul setengah..

Aduhhhhh.... memang tensen. Seingat aku sejak diet...dah 4 kali dah macam ni. Memang sekse! bengang! gile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So aku nyer polisi baru lepas ni... Hari2 mesti makan buah..dan hari2 mesti makan sayur. WAAJIBBBBBB!!!!!! Aku tidak mahu terseksa lagi!Serius terseksa.. My words don't do justice this time.

So tengahari tadi makan nasi ayam..belasah sekali kangkung suku pinggan! Seksanya.... I need to learn to eat more fibre apart from just protein... haduihhhh agaain!

Victory!

I AM F***ING PROUD OF MYSELF THAT I EVENTUALLY HAD ASAM LAKSA RATHER THAN MAKUDONORADU! (patting my back 55 times) during lunch hour today.

Next challenge: Spend an hour in the GYM today.. Owh no! they are not open until night becoz today is a public holiday. :(( Alternative - Window Shopping until my leg kejang.. ok set!
